X-rays of dental implant placement
This 40 year old patient had a retained deciduous (baby) canine tooth whose root had almost disappeared over time. I extracted the tooth and placed a dental implant simultaneously. A temporary crown was fitted to the implant at the same time, so the patient was not left with a space at the end of the visit.

After three months, I fitted a permanent crown to the implant, effecting a seamless transition from a loose and weak tooth to a strong and aesthetic structure. The finished result blends perfectly with the adjacent teeth and has no visible gumline.
